Task: Prepare the day’s priorities, meeting briefs, and follow-ups.
Stack: Claude Code, reusable planning skills, connected calendar/customer systems, and notes. Dave’s Dex repository organizes people, meetings, tasks, and goals in a vault.
Flow: Gather briefings and commitments → retrieve relevant customer and meeting history → produce a Markdown plan.
Setup gap: The interview does not supply a portable configuration for every integration. A planning skill does not itself configure scheduled execution.
