Matt Pocock: implementation, PR, and retrospective skills
Three skills take a spec through implementation and review, then propose improvements to the agent setup.
- Input: A specification and tickets. Supports Codex, Claude Code, and other agents.
- implement-spec: Coordinates dependent tickets, integrates work on a branch, and requests review.
- pr: Writes the PR description, evidence, and consequences of merging.
- retro: Examines the session and proposes changes to instructions, checks, or the agent’s environment. A person selects which changes to keep.
- Evidence: The release links a PR produced with the PR skill.
- Limits: Parallel work can conflict during integration; a large combined branch can be difficult to review.
